Furniture ships in big boxes. Here is how they get to you, and when.
Orders leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days. You get a confirmation email with tracking the moment the carrier picks the boxes up. And with furniture, boxes is often the right word.
A sectional ships one module per box, and a large dresser can split into two. The boxes travel separately and can arrive on different days. If half your couch is standing in the hallway and the other half is not, give it 48 hours before you worry; the tracking page lists every box in the shipment.

The tracking link goes live after the carrier's first scan, which can lag the pickup by up to 24 hours. A blank page on day one is normal; a blank page on day three is worth an email.
We deliver to all 50 states. Alaska, Hawaii and rural routes sit at the far end of the windows above, and oversized freight items occasionally add a day.
