The 30-Day Window

You have 30 days from delivery to send most items back for a refund or an exchange. Unassembled pieces in their original boxes come back easiest; if you have already built it, contact us first and we will talk through the options before anything gets shipped.

How to Start

1. Email [email protected] with the order number and what went wrong.
2. We reply within 1-2 business days with instructions and, for furniture-size boxes, the freight arrangements.
3. Repack, hand over, done.

Refunds

Once the return reaches us and gets checked, the money goes back to the original payment method. Allow 5-7 business days from arrival; the bank's clock, not ours.

Exchanges

Same dresser in black instead of white, the 10-drawer instead of the 8, the 36V kart instead of the 24V: tell us which and we set up the swap, stock permitting.

Damaged in Transit

Freight is rough on furniture, and we plan for it. Send photos of the damage and the box within 7 days of delivery. Cracked panels, bent glides and scuffed doors get replaced part by part where possible; often you keep the piece and we ship the one panel that suffered. Full replacement or refund where not. Either way you pay nothing.
